The outdoor thermal spa offers fine views, perfect for unwinding after a long hike. Family-friendly room designs incorporate a sofa bed, maximizing space for little ones to play and relax.
A couple of hiccups affected the experience, the room refresh did not happen during the day, so returning from a wet hike without fresh towels was inconvenient. When requesting to have the sofa bed reconfigured, there was a long wait-almost three hours-before anyone arrived, which was frustrating considering it disrupted the bedtime routine for our toddler. Lastly, noise from the wind vibrating the hotel sign kept us awake at times, providing an unsettling backdrop to an otherwise pleasant stay.

A Family Retreat with Unforgettable Service
We enjoyed an amazing family getaway! The hotel offered exquisite dining, with meals that delighted everyone. The highlight was the staff. after my child had a meltdown, Karl from the restaurant brought my meal to our room within minutes. Such kindness made our stay so special!

Outdoor thermal spa with scenic views, proximity to Snowdonia National Park, family-friendly room designs with privacy considerations
Cleanliness in the restaurant could certainly improve!!! The noise disturbances from events and cleaning staff were frustrating, especially in the early morning. A review of air conditioning management would also be beneficial!!!

Stylish and Modern Stay!
This place is super sleek and really sticks out in North Wales. The fried eggs at brekkie were delish! We did have to wait a bit for drinks outside, though. It's a bummer since the terrace is fab when the sun's out! The room was comfy and had plenty of storage, perfect for our family.

The Hilton Garden Inn Snowdonia exceeded expectations with its modern decor and spacious layout. My room was meticulously clean and featured a large flat-screen TV, a comfortable king-size bed, and a well-equipped workspace, making it ideal for my business needs. The in-house restaurant offered a variety of fresh and delicious dishes, and the attentive staff provided excellent service throughout my stay.
The air conditioning was unresponsive, making temperature control inconvenient.

The hotel was modern and clean, and the rooms were comfortable. the layout of the open-plan bathrooms was a bit awkward, as the shower leaked into the main area. The lack of access to spa facilities and activities was disappointing, but we enjoyed the delicious breakfast and the beautiful surroundings for our celebration.

The King Room with Sofa Bed was spacious and clean. The bed was super comfy, and having a separate shower and toilet area was handy. The flat-screen TV and Smeg kettle were nice touches. I also loved the modern decor and furniture layout. Only downside was that privacy in the bathroom layout was a bit lacking. really enjoyed the setup!
